You will receive a full refund (or percentage equivalent to the amount returned) for up to 30 days from the date you received your order (as marked by E-telmed, Inc delivery confirmation). As our hassle free policy suggests, your return will be accepted with no questions asked. Simply forward a letter requesting a refund to refund@etelmed.com within 30 days of receiving your membership, and your refund will be processed as soon as we receive it. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm the credit amount.

Payment for the services of E-telMed, Inc and its affiliated physicians are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise provided by law, all charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise and the costs of any returns will be at your expense.
